What are your opening hours?

We are available for appointment only Tuesdays to Thursdays 9am until 7pm. unfortunately we cannot accept walk-ins.

Can I pay with my card?

Yes! we accept cash, EFTPOS and bank transfers. Receipts can be provided upon request. Please try to bring exact change if paying with cash.

How do I book?

Booking is easy! Click on bookings at the top of this page and follow the prompts. There is a $10 deposit required at booking that is taken off the price of your groom. You have the option to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your appointment.

Do you have a cancelation list?

Yes! Feel free to use the contact form or reach out via the social links if you wish to be contacted about last minute availabilities. Please ensure you have a future booking lined up though as they are never guaranteed.

When should I rebook?

This can depend on your dogs coat type and desired length. but generally, between 4-8 weeks and more frequently for long “oodle” coats. Heavy shedding dogs may require 6-10 weeks. We recommend regularly checking available appointments well in advance.

Can I leave my dog with you?

No. unfortunately we cant keep our client longer than their allocated time. We try to work 1-on-1 to ensure each client has our full focus and attention. We have minimal boarding facilities and may be working with non-social dogs. For these reasons, please make arrangements to pick up your pup within a reasonable time to being notified of their appointment’s completion.
